A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at a special needs school serving K-12 students with emotional, behavioral, and learning disabilities. Located in Manayunk, PA, this role offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Part-time candidates will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff, social workers, and families to support student progress.
- Conduct assessments and data analysis to monitor behavior and adjust plans accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management strategies.
- Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children who have emotional, behavioral, and/or learning disabilities.
